Paid Time Off
Full-time and Part Time employees are eligible for paid time off, including vacation days and sick leave. We observe six holidays; New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Cotter Crew partners are paid twice their base hourly rate if they work holiday hours.
Education
Cotter House Worthington offers eligible Cotter Crew members the opportunity to earn a certification from our Illuminate Leadership & Ethics Academy with 100% tuition coverage, coaching, counseling and advising. A schooling scholarship fund is available through an application process.
